Why the Chameleon?

A chameleon changes its skin colour to blend effortlessly into its surroundings. However it does not change itself, it remains the same chameleon. We help people become "social chameleons", able to adapt their behaviour to connect with others and achieve the results they require in their business relationships, whilst remaining true to themselves. By adapting we help others feel more comfortable and secure that we are considering their needs, which may make them more responsive to us. Understanding and empathy are our primary relationship builders.
